Arriving
Learn what somatic healing actually is and why your body has been the missing piece. Understand your nervous system states, build the foundation of body awareness, and start to reconnect with physical sensations you've been overriding for years.
Breathing
The breath is the fastest, most direct route to your nervous system. Build your breathwork toolkit week by week, with practices for calming, releasing, and building capacity, all grounded in both yogic tradition and current neuroscience.
Feeling
Move through the emotional layer somatically, not cognitively. Learn to stay present with difficult sensations, understand your patterns through the body, and access the wisdom underneath the anxiety and the low mood.
Knowing
Build a sustainable personal practice. Learn to trust what your body is telling you. Move from managing your nervous system to partnering with it, and carry that into your daily life long after the program ends.
