It’s a structured, intensive 12-session coaching program that works with the body-based, behavioural patterns underneath anxiety — not just what you think about it, but how your nervous system has learned to respond. Session by session, with increasing challenge and increasing freedom, you’ll build a different relationship with fear.

One where it stops running the show.

Phase 1

You start to understand what’s happening when anxiety takes over, and why willpower, insight, and good intentions haven’t been enough to stop it. You’ll learn parasympathetic reset tools that work when your thinking brain goes offline, and begin the pattern-shifting work that makes everything else possible.

You leave Phase 1 with a nervous system that’s starting to come down and a felt sense that something is actually different.

Phase 2

This is where you build the core capacity to move toward discomfort instead of away from it. You’ll practice embodied trance-breaking, not just cognitively knowing that avoidance makes anxiety worse, but having actual tools to do something different in the moment. Analysis paralysis starts to loosen its grip.

You leave Phase 2 discovering that you can tolerate hard things and come back to yourself. That’s not a small thing.

Phase 3

You begin living from a different place entirely. The goal shifts from “manage the anxiety” to “cherish your life more than you fear it.” Miracle-think and miracle-speak aren’t affirmations, they’re the daily practice of someone who is becoming a different person.

You leave Phase 3 with a philosophy for your life that doesn’t require anxiety to be gone first. You’re moving toward things. That’s new

This Program Is For You If:

You're a woman who's been living with anxiety long enough that it's started to feel like a personality trait. You've tried therapy and it helped, but something's still missing. The cognitive stuff makes sense but doesn't touch the feeling. You're ready to do genuinely challenging work and you're tired enough of the alternative that you're willing to be uncomfortable getting there.

This Program Is Not For You If:

You're currently in mental health crisis, experiencing acute psychosis, or managing an active addiction (please get stabilised first and know you can return). You're looking for a gentle, low-demand wellness experience. You're not willing to complete recovery work between sessions. You need a medical provider or therapist, not a coach.
